​Hello,
​Pathetic Return and refund experience from AJIO.

​I have been trying to reach out to the customer care of AJIO team for the past 10 days with regards to my ORDER ID #FL0347193275 and EXCHANGE ​ Order ID #EX0013179998 and Return ID# RT56181344.I ordered a jacket from AJIO the size is ok so i had to return them back when i call them they hold my call for half hour and the cut the call.

I was informed that I will be receiving the refund by 22 Jan and until today there was no update from their end and there is no amount refunded on my account i complaint too much time they only gave me complaint number and automatically close that complaint in 1-2days

Finally when I reached out to the customer care for an update, I was called them too many time but they only give me excuses on daily basis was informed that my amount is not refunded till now..

Now, till there is no product with me and no refund has been processed.

I request you to kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.
