My name is Rajnikant patel. I booked a ticket on 8th June, 2022 from Udaipur to Patna through Travolook.in which got automatically cancelled stating cancellation due to fare expiration (REF136086967). I also received a call from them informing me of the same and I was told that my refund will be done in 7 to 10 working days. However, the same has not been done till date despite more than two months have lapsed already. I have been following up with the Customer Care through calls/emails but they are just delaying it with false and frivolous promises. Lately, the emails address to their support team are also bouncing back due to their purported maintenance works. I am now more worried about my money since I came across many such complaints against the same company for the same issue. I urge you to take necessary action and do the needful to help me and many other victims like me to get our money back from this fraud company

Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
