Text of Complaint by Vinay Nair:

I have purchased a new Bosch series 2 stainless steel oven model number HGN559E1M, priced RS 50700 from pepperfry.com.  Unfortunately the order confirmation did not come, and I tried booking again. Now, I have ended up purchasing twice. When I have asked for refund of one of the order, I have been told that they will credit it back to my pepperfry account, and not bank account. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have even spoken to the seller, who confirmed that they have not processed it since they could make out it’s a mistake. However, pepperfry is using anti customer policy and looting the customer. The order Id I have initiated to cancel is 305155318.

I just spoke to the seller and it seems they are fine to cancel the order. When both buyer and seller are in consensus, why is there an issue. All pepperfry needs to do is revert the amount back to the bank. Considering the amount is big, please make an exception.
This is a clear case of extortion and the least expected from a brand like pepperfry.
