I had booked flight ticket from Goa to Tirupati through Paytm app. Booking id: 12569272707. But due to some technical issues with air India flight journey got cancelled by air lines. I had requested for refund amount RS. 4331/- from Paytm. I have reached them over call more than 10 times and also reached on twitter and e-mail. But no proper response from Paytm app.
