We had ordered a product steam iron box through Amazon on 6th of April 2023 …but didn’t receive my order as per expected time ….and further got delayed in getting my order …finally after waiting enough decide to raise a request for a refund ..which was initiated on 10th April 2023 as per mail from Amazon ..and as I didn’t get my refund …again raised a request on 12th May 2023 ….again failed to get my refund and raised a request on 27th May 2023 …during my call with Amazon customer care …they were not ready to escalate my issue to higher level and instead they said there was a issue in order cancelation and it’s stuck …they again said I need to wait for 48hr to cancel my order …it’s such a horrible experience with Amazon ..finally decide to take this to consumer platform for support
