sir. Im Arun. I purchased a product of rs. 27,990. But i returned to the Amazon because the product is not In good condition. After that i called to Amazon and they told me that we have initiate your amount in your bank account. Which in PNB.
ON 28.07.2020. but i have not receive my amount yet of date 07.08.2020. They told me we already initiated your amount in your Account. They gave me a RRN NO. and told me ask to your bank. This is your bank problem. When i asked to the Bank manager. He told me. We didn’t receive your amount yet. thn i again contact to Amazon costmer care. They told me. We can’t do any thing. Ths is your bank problem. Im stuck between Amazon or PNB. PLZ helo me out. Plz help me to get back my Amount of rs. 27,990 rs.
