Text of Complaint by Ramesh Babu:

I booked Treebo Umayal Home Stay, Kanyakumari in the month of August 2022. Due to personal reason i cancelled the booking. According to the booking policy they suppose to refund. But many called made to agoda and hotel management for refund. There is no proper response from them. Agoda says hotel management responsible for refund. Hotel management said, raise request from agoda. Both parties are not ready to refund.
