I bought a Jio phone from Jio centre Jaitaran after confirmation that when I bought the Jio phone from Jio centre buy on Bhamashah scheme Yojana but my Bhamashah account refund not received I bought Jio phone 25 December 2018 from Jio centre Jaitaran
The Jio centre operater Me Manish Kumar Joshi confirmation to me buy jiophone and now Today is 11 January 2019 he is response is very roude and missbehaving that he don’t know and he say to me why u purchase the Jio phone
Really I trust in Jio I trust in Jio company but Jio centre operater Jaitaran mr Manish Kumar Joshi response is very bad for customer I request take action against Jio centre Jaitaran mr Manish Kumar Joshi he missguided me about Jio phone scheme I hope Jio cancer about Jio customer complaint and give me very soon reply
