My name is Rishav . In start of tis month 5th February I booked 2 Oyo room in Shimla for stay but one of room is cancelled by hotel so i need to cancel the second room so I cancelled but i am liable for refund. I paid through my card of 450 rupees and 1499. But they refused to take my calls and giving me the same text like ” wait for 7 to 14 days” which are already over. Kindly help me regard this issue.
