Text of Complaint by BADAL M:

Booked Hotel with OYO for 6 nights, 4692 was amount showed in the OYO app, but the hotel people asked for 9384. i called the customer support and asked for a cancellation, because they didn’t do anything for this. The cancelation was done on AUG 1 waited for 14 days for refund, didn’t get it till now.
On 18th i called the customer support, they said they have initiated the refund, and will be credited in 2 hours which didn’t happen.
Today on 23rd i again called but no response from the team, they don’t connect us to the service department.

booking id is BP9P5495, its been 22 days since cancelation the amount is not credited yet. please do look into this
