I have received item due to size issue I initiated return it took long time to return the product I somehow managed it And they said they will initiate the refund by 18th but I didn’t receive any amount later on 19th morning I called them about refund and then evening I received a call telling me they received fake product I don’t understand it’s they mistake because my responsibilities is to give product which I have received it’s they responsibility to check where it went wrong now they are like we will send fake product click phote and send me it’s been 20 days yet no refund they are just delaying refund
