Hi Officer,
I’m Bhargav Puppala. I booked a flight ticket to london from Hyderabad via Chennai with Paytm Booking ID: 12558606173 and Air india Cancelled my flight on 16th February 2021. I requested Paytm for my refund and it’s been more than one month I haven’t received my amount yet. I spoke with air india regarding this issue and they said that Paytm didn’t update Refund Application Number. I updated the same issue with Paytm and they said they will update it within 7 working days but it didn’t happened yet. Now it’s almost 45days I’m still waiting for my refund. Every single time I call Paytm they are saying that they will update it as soon as possible but they are not doing it. Please help me to get my refund.
