I Booked the tickets in vellore cant , due to circumstances i had to cancel the ticket. I cancelled the tickets online and went to vellore cantt station to seek refund. They denied saying i have to cancel the ticket and the refund will be issued only at the the boarding point. My boarding point is LTT. As per the IRCTC web instruction i can claim refund at any near by station. But Mr subramanian said , thats not true .
