I ordered Chicken Tandoori from Swigy on November 25 2020.Howere after some time received a SMS that the order is cancelled and the full amount was charged to me. On chatting with their executive was told that they had called and sent SMS that they were not able to contact. However had not received any call or SMS.On enquiring with their executive on chat was told that the order is not cancelled and will be delivered in 10-15 minutes. However I never got the delivery and they charged full amount INR 273.Got the delivery of the 2nd order but the 1st order never came. After much deliberation on chat got 50% coupon. 1st complaint was registered within 30 minutes. However on 4 complaints registered on their chat mode was told you have to complain with 48hours
