I returned 2 product on 11th of march 2025 but i did not get any refund from their side . they claim that they refunded on 3rd of april 2025. after that i shared my bank statement and update bank details . every time they told me kindly w8 for 7-10 working days. we will resolve your issue and highlight your concern. I made a mistake when i fill my bank details, i filled wrong IFSC code, after that I updated bank detail. they refused to refund me now because they told me refund is completed from our ends. i have all proofs that i didnot get any refund from their side. Bank branch also said that there is no transaction possible on wrong IFSC code and amount will be refunded to their account . kindly plz resolve my issue. order Id 733136938.
