I raised return request for an item which was different from what was described.

They said pick up will be done on 2-3 days and then refund will be issues. They kept sending messages saying that address is incomplete and hence pickup was done, but it is the same address where the delivery of shipment was done. Now when I call Meesho regarding the pickup issue, they just tell me to cancel the pickup and then reschedule it and just delay the time by few more days. I rescheduled it but again same result. Called again and again meesho told me to reschedule it. Still no refund given and no pickup done.
