Sir Maine Ek Order Kiya tha Neckband Oneplus Z2 ka Amazon se 22nd Feb’24 but jo ki mujhe delivered hua tha wo proper on Nhi ho raha tha to maine iske liye amazon customer care per complaint karayi un logo ne return request raised kar di or mera pickup ho gaya 23rd Feb’24 but mujhe abhi tak uska refund nahi mila jab maine dobara call customer care per ki to unlogo ne bola ki aapne jo product return kiya hai wo galat product hai maine unko bola agar maine galat product diya hota to aapka pickup wala use turant reject kar deta maine aap logo ko correct or original product bheja tha baki pickup wale ne aap logo ko kya diya wo mujhe nhi pata lekin meri customer care wale ek bhi nhi sun rahe hai bol rahe hai refund nahi ho payega jab tak sahi product return nahi kiya jayega
