Product – Realme Narzo N55 (Prime Blue, 128 GB)
I am continuously troubled since last three months, I have been sent a totally dead mobile by Flipkart and I got 7 days refund and replacement on Flipkart when I was buying, Now Flipkart is not returning the money and is continuously giving date for last three months that you will get your refund but till now no resolution has been received.This mobile is totally dead, I took it to the service center and there they also said that this mobile is totally dead, it cannot be repaired and it was said that for this you will have to contact Flipkart only.When Flipkart gave me refund and replacement within 7 days of return, then why is not Flipkart returning the money and I no longer want the mobile, now I want its refund. And its return request must have been made at least 10 times but the pickup executive is refusing to take the pickup and saying contact Flipkart, now I am upset, no action is being taken.You are requested to try to understand my point and get it done as soon as possible and get it refunded to me.
