My name is Sachin Sharma, I did online shopping from amazon, for some reason the product was not good, so I returned it, some days tsk mera paisa vapis nahi aaya, then I called amazon, then they refused to return my money. They are refusing, sent a lot of emails to amazon but didn’t get any help from there also then I decided to complain here, I hope you will help me.

No customer care employee is helping me and disconnects the call, it is not right to treat the customer like this. I would like that action should be taken against those who talked to me on customer care.
