I ordered food in online through swiggy app. I ordered chicken kothu parota in Sri ganapathy hotel Villupuram. But the hotel delivered wrong item that’s egg kothu parota. I raised complaint in swiggy customer care but they don’t give me proper response and resolution for me. Then i contact with hotel they accept that they give wrong item thats egg kothu parota. So the hotel say apologise for wrong food and make refund 160rupees in swiggy website and the hotel informed me that i refund the amount to swiggy they will surely refund to you. But the swiggy is cheating the people. The swiggy doesn’t give proper response and resolution for customers. The swiggy service is cheating the people and not properly refund money to customer.
