I booked a room in Darjeeling through AIRBNB app and cancelled it due to some personal reasons and I got free cancellation,my amount is not refunded.When i contact them,their told that refund is processed throughout PayU payment and gave me the transaction ID .I lodged complaint in SBI bank,called SBI customer care services many times and there is not inch improvement in my refund.Till today I didn’t receive a single penny
