Text of Complaint by Mohana Dhesingu:

Flipkart Team,

On 7th September 2022, I placed the above order with Flipkart for Samsung Galaxy F22 (Denim Blue 128 GB). The Samsung Galaxy F22 (Denim Blue 128 GB) has not been placed.

But the payment was debited from my AXIS Credit Card. Axis also confirm that transaction on dated 2022-09-07 amount of Rs.12241/- towards FLIPKART PAYMENTSIN on dated 2022-09-08 has been claimed by the merchant – Supporting attached for your perusal.

So, I have raised a complaint against the transition with Flipkart on 21st October 2022, they issue an Incident ID: IN22102112083543040815. But there is no proper response from them.

Note: As i already mentioned I have used my Friend axis flipkart credit card for this purchase.
