I purchased a firebolt talk device from the offical website and after getting it i found out that the speaker was damaged…i immediately applied for a refund and the defect product was delivered to their warehouse…but after that there is no update from their side and my money is being blocked…even after calling their customer care numerous time they are not refunding me the money…
