RESPECTED SIR/MADAM,
I MADE A TRANSACTION ON THE HAPPILO COMPANY’S SITE OF RS 1,040 ON 13TH JULY 2022 AND 1,350 ON 25TH JULY 2022.THE AMOUNT WAS DEDUCTED FROM ACCOUNT.
FOR THE SAME ISSUE I TRIED TO CONTACT THE COMPANY’S CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER MULTIPLE TIMES BUT THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE TIME THAT I WAS ABLE TO TALK TO THEIR REPRESENTATIVE.FOR I TRIED THE COMPANY’S 2 CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER BUT THERE WAS NO APPROPRIATE RESPONSE.ONLY ONCE I WAS ABLE TO TALK THEM AND THEY SAID WE WILL LOOK AND TELL YOU BUT AFTER THAT NO COMMUNICATION WAS MADE BY THEM THROUGH VOICE CALL.I HAVE EMAILED THE WHOLE ISSUE BY SENDING ALL THE REQUIRED DETAILS LIKE TRANSACTION NUMBER , ORDER NUMBER AND PAYMENT MODE.FROM DAY ONE I WAS TRYING TO CONTACT THEM FOR THE ISSUE BUT EVEN AFTER MORE THAN 1 MONTH THEY HAVE NOT REPONDED ME FOR THIS WITH PROPER EXPLANATION ON PAYMENT ISSUE. THE COURIER HAS ARRIVED IN MY CITY AND RETURNED BACK WITHOUT CONSENT AND WITHOUT PRIOR INTIMATION.NOW I FELT BEING COMPLETELY IGNORED BY THEM, SO I THOUGHT TO COMPALINT THIS ISSUE AT THE SUITABLE PLATFORM TO RESOLVING THIS ISSUE.
