I bought a product(myx women pants) and I returned the product on the basis that the product doesn’t look good on me(option mentioned by amazon).
I pais and amount of Rs 519 and while placing the return it showed Rs 479. I called to the customer care and executive said that after the product will reach the seller I will get a full refund of Rs 519.
Today the product was picked and I received a refund of Rs 479 only!!
Called the customer care again and she mentioned that if I choose a different reason apart from size/color, the delivery amount will be deducted.
She said its mentioned in the policy!!
And in policy its mentioned that if I return I will get full amount and if I exchange then delivery will be deducted.
No one is going to open a full policy to read that. It should have been mentioned in the product page itself.
Requesting you to provide full refund.
