I had ordered a shirt of (Bigbanana plus size navy blue) this brand from myntra, but due to size and quality issue had returned it
But from 4th july 2022 to 21st july 2022 (today) have not got my refund yet
I added many queries regarding my refund but they mentioned that your refund had been initiated successfully, if you did’t get then you should contact to your bank
Then i had contacted my bank, after checking they informed me that no amount of Rs 949/- (refund amount) has been received yet to your account
Money has not initiated (info from my bank team)
Again i added anaother query on myntra, one of their team members informed me that “sorry It’s our mistake your initiation money has been failed, we will resolve your issue by 18th july 2022” Then on 19th july as i had not received my refund again i added another query, then myntra team informed me, “your refund amount had been initiated on 4th july 2022, you should contact your bank” I also provided my bank account transaction mini statement that i have not received my money
The whole team is fraud
I want my money back
Strict action should be taken againt them
