I have recharged my mom’s number from my Airtel account . But accidentally amount was deducted twice . I made a complaint regarding this issue on that day itself . They said they will refund the amount in 3 working days. After completion of 3 days I again called and asked about refund . They said will not refund instead the pack will continue after completion of existing one. I asked for reason they are saying its their mistake and they cannot process refund . When I raised complaint for 1st time they said they will refund within 3 days but after days they simply said no possibilities to refund .
