Text of Complaint by Yangchen bhutia:

I had bought a superdry jacket worth 5900 from ajio since I had size issue with the jacket I had returned the product in the month of October and till date ihave not got my refund from Ajio and it shows refund initiated.it’s been a month and I spoke to more than 5 customer service agents and all they ask is is to wait for7 or 2 business days.its a very bad experience with Ajio.
