I am writing to you with reference to order no. 40595913, wherein I had collected my order from DMart Pickup point at Dahisar East on August 6, 2021.
I had made payment via UPI thrice.
For 1st two times, the transaction was showing successful from my bank app whereas it was showing time out into your systems.
The person in-charge who was managing this said that in case of failure, money will be refunded back to my account.
But till date, I have not received any refund.
I have made payment thrice of ₹ 3670*3 = ₹11010
Whereas the amount I needed to pay was only ₹3670.00
I have already waited for more than a month but nothing happened and hence this complaint.
Request you to kindly arrange for refund of ₹7340 at the earliest.
