I booked 2 flight tickets from Flipkart in vistara airlines. the ticket was booked for 3rd August. both the tickets were cancelled by the airlines due to their commercial reason.
I contacted airlines for the refund and received an email stating I am eligible for the full refund. I forwarded the same to flipkart and flipkart team told me that I will get refund in 7 working days.
It’s been almost 2 month and I have made around 30-40 calls to Flipkart and each time they are saying that their team is working on it. They always says that they will arrange a callback but no callback received from them. I should be getting full refund for both of my tickets but it is getting stuck at Flipkart end.
