I Have tried to book ticket for Mumbai to Varansi on 4th May 2021 but ticket was not booked and amount rs 4303 was diducted from banK ccount.

i received mail from support@travolook.in on 4th May 2021 saying that the amonut wil be refunded in 15 working days.
Even after 15 working days amonut not refunded , so i called to customer care no an one of their representative said that due to technical issue refund is not done and ask to wait for another 7-10 working days for refund but still refund is not done .
so request you to take strict action and help to get the rfund as early as possible.
