I have ordered a pair or shoes which was a prepaid order but at the time of deliveryit was mentioned COD on the parcel so my sister also paid the same amount for the parcel (as I was not at home and the parcel was delivered one day before delivery date) for which I have complained Flipkart on the same day of delivery but even after 20 days they are not providing any solution and saying that they not not received one of my payment so they will not refund my money
