Initially I contacted ACT fiber customer care that I am going to shift to bangalore from Hyderabad, So I requested them the network feasibility in Bangalore kanchanayakanhalli area. They said my area had network feasibility and they suggested me to raise ticket for relocation. I requested ACT fiber to relocate my connection having account number 101504650813 from Hyderabad to Bangalore. After many calls (nearly 35-40) they responded and the generated new account number (102656625604). What ever available balance 2100 /- is there they transferred that amount to newly generated account. Later One person asked my location and he came to my home for installation and he said that there is no distribution box and he will fix it tomorrow. On the next day he said there is no network feasibility in my area and he suggested me to raise ticket for refund.

As per ACT (bangalore team confirmation that in my area there is no feasibility of network) suggestion I raised 4 times refund tickets. But ACT fiber people are simply closing my tickets without contacting me. When I called to ACT customer care those people are simply raising one ticket and every time, they said our team members will contact you and refund will be done in 48 hours. But I am not getting any calls regarding refund and they are simply closing my tickets. Seriously pathetic customer service. Some times I felt very bad and crying also. They are making me to literally beg them.
And in each ticket closing message ACT people are mentioning do it through app. If don’t have active account how I can do through app.
My tickets numbers are I am attaching with this. Also, many tickets I reopened by calling to customer care service.

For your reference I am attaching whatsapp chat, call list. Every time they are giving FAKE PROMISES and UNSATISFACTORY READDRESSAL. Call recordings also available with their fake promises.
