I have order Tv on Flipkart on 21st June with order id: OD125268863428434000 and i have cancelled on same day. it is worth of 26240Rs and i paid that through credit card, my credit card bill was generated in the month of July and i paid credit card bill also. but my refund is not processed till now.
I am following up flipkart everyday from 18th July and i am wasting everyday 3-4hrs to explain the issue and everytime they will sask me to wait for 24-48Hrs. i am waiting but i am not getting any update and i am not getting any refund. and the customer care agents are so irresponsible they are not ready to listen the concern properly and when i ask them to transfer the call to seniors they will disconnect ant will not call me back.
Such a horrible service from flipkart.
i am trying to reach flipkart in all possible ways like call, mail, twitter, facebook but no use, i am not getting any support from them.
So please help me to get the refund from Flipkart.
