• We had booked a banquet hall (ZONE BY THE PARK) for my sisters wedding in jammu, J&K.
• But due to unavoidable circumstances the wedding was cancelled, so we asked the banquet hall to cancel our booking 6 months prior to the fixed date.
• However, the banquet hall owner refused to make any refund and asked us to forget about the amount.
• During booking, it was not informed that the booking amount is non refundable, neither it is mentioned on the receipt given by them.
