Text of Complaint by Sakshi Saini:

We had booked a banquet hall (ZONE BY THE PARK) for my sisters wedding in jammu, J&K.
But due to unavoidable circumstances the wedding was cancelled, so we asked the banquet hall to cancel our booking 6 months prior to the fixed date.
However, the banquet hall owner refused to make any refund and asked us to forget about the amount.
During booking, it was not informed that the booking amount is non refundable, neither it is mentioned on the receipt given by them.
