I have located in Chennai near Tambaram. Last Month I have requested for Airtel Broadband connection. As per Agent request, have sent all Documents and paid the amount Rs 3536 on 27-Jan-2021. After that an engineer called for the connection and said there is no feasibility in my street for the requested plan. So the connection has been cancelled automatically and received a SMS that my amount will be refunded with in 5 business days.
The amount is not refunded even after 7 days. That Agent was telling that he will talk to his manager regarding this.
Tried to reach Airtel helpDesk 121, it asks to enter my Broadband connection number. Seems once the connection is cancelled the Landline number became invalid now. So unable to reach customer care.
May I know to whom I can contact to get my amount back
