Text of Complaint by Kavita Malik:

My name is Kavita malik and I have ordered online cake through MY FLOWER APP on 13 August at 8:30 pm for 894/- INR with order id -100422193 which is to be delivered on 14 August at Ankleshwar Gujarat to Insp Kuldeep (CISF Unit -ONGC). but next morning when no tracking details found I rang and informed that due to some technical issue they can’t deliver the cake.when i asked for payment they insure refund and from the day itself the status is showing refund intiated (5-7 Days)but till today the status is same and now they are not picking call and not refunding the amount.
