I cancelled my red bus ticket from Madurai to Chidambaram on 11/10/22 ticket no – TRB348007771and refund initiated by red bus but till now refund amount not credited to my bank account. I contacted both red bus and my bank but no positive response seen. I feel red bus is the one to take it forward and resolve my issue, but I see very casual approach and no customer satisfaction behaviour. Even red bus ticket cancellation itself shows amount not credited to my bank customer exicutive behaviour was very bad I am very disappointed with there service
