Hi all,
This company is not trust worthy as I had booked a flight ticket from this website from Delhi to Bangalore on 3rd Feb 2021 vide reference ID REF261827925. The company had called me that the flight charges were rise and you need to pay an extra amount of 800. So I said please cancel my booking and I booked it from another website. Till today I have not received any refund of my money from them. I had taken a multiple follow up from them but I have not received any positive response from them. So today I decided to write a review about them on websites. My money is blocked with them and I looses the hope as well to get it back. I make it as bad debt, Their support team is very bad and whenever I call them they says that your refund is initiated but they never share the refund details like transaction ID, date on which the refund initiated etc. Today, it has been 5 months from the date of booking, but I have not received my money back from them.
I am requesting you guys, please don’t book your tickets or do any booking from this website. It is completely fraud and they will never refund your money back.
