This is Ravi Ranjan
I’m contacting regarding the refund from Amazon, it’s been more than 3 months, Refund is not credited to Amazon pay later nor the bank.
I have placed an order on 29th April 2022.
Before returning the product, I had already done the repayment for this order on 14may 2022 & since the limit was 25000 for my Amazon pay later, & the refund amount was not credited in account, it cannot exceed the limit and I had contacted the IDFC BANK a vendor for my Amazon pay later. Even they don’t have any update on this, and I had checked and send amazon of my Bank account statement for past 3 months and the amount is not credited.
Thus, I request you to refund my amount, which I had already done repayment for my Amazon pay later for the returned item.

> Please provide a refund reference number for the same, so that I can check with IDFC Bank vendor or my Bank account.
I’m not getting any response for the email which I sent proof of attached screenshot & also refund is still not credited to my bank account nor Amazon pay later.
> (Email says refund will be credited to my Bank account since I had made repayment to my Amazon pay later before the item is returned, since the limit for Amazon pay later is 25000)
I also reached out to Amazon pay later lending partner IDFC FIRST BANK, and even they don’t have any update and they were asking for refund reference number if it is refunded from Amazon, and none of your customer care are not giving Refund reference number since there is no RRR number. I can provide my Bank mini statement from the date of purchase to confirm I have not received refund.
Please check, atleast no one is responding or updating the process/track of refund. Frustrated! & Planning to take action.
