Hi Team,
My husband purchased one product from Amazon app on 18th August 2022 but due to some quality issues we wanted to return it. since it was under return policy of Amazon so he raised it’s return request using app but nobody came to pick the item. He called Amazon customer care and described the issue, then Amazon customer care executive raised the return request again and finally one delivery boy came on 24th August and picked up the product from us. but since then we haven’t received the refund amount yet so my husband called customer care many times but they are saying that they haven’t received the product so they will not issue the refund.
Since we have returned the product and delivery boy also picked it up successfully then why we should bear it’s loss. it’s not customer fault if Amazon delivery boys are not returning the product to their warehouse and doing the cheat with customer and amazon both.
it’s really a very bad experience with Amazon that they are cheating with their customers because of their delivery team fault. it’s never expected from such a hig brand which i always trusted.
we are prime members of Amazon since many years and made high purchases from them but this time it’s really very disappointing experience with the brand.
I request you to please look into this matter and do needful as it’s a big loss for us.
