I returned my product because it’s completely wrong item from the one I ordered. Product is picked up but refund is not done. They are claiming that the product is not picked up. I got a message saying quality check failed. If the product is not picked, how come quality check fails. Now I neither have my product nor my refund. Please solve my issue
