November 4’2018 ordered mobile with Exchange due to some factor flipkart not ready to exchange and agreed to return my Refund Rs 10699 ( which i paid as one installment)

Refund initiated On November 6’2018 : Rs 100(transaction reference number given only for this Rs 100) and Rs 10599(no transaction number is given from flipkart)

Till November 8 refund is not credited for rs 10599 so called customer support and raised issue and they said due to technical issue on November 6th Rs 10599 transfer failed it will be credited on before November 13’2018

Till it’s not credited to my account my Bank confirmed that Rs 10599 reference number is not exist(fake id)

Ref No: 74056638311831025606184(which given by flipkart on November 11 on forced complaints)

By the reference number given here is already verified by bank is not valid and same has been replied and shared statements ,screen shot( flipkart has agreed on November 11 stating Rs10599 is failed transaction that’s why didn’t provide reference number on November 6’2018)

Note: if flipkart is genuine on this they should have given transaction reference number on November 6’2018 for the amount Ra10599( once customer raised complaint they have given fake reference number on November 11’2018 keep on asking to check bank)
