I ordered my products from nykaa sale on 6th may 2022 & suddenly it got returned to warehouses with out any information. According to their policies as soon as shipment returned the refund will be initiated, but my products are stuck from last 20days in transit & there is no escalating issues are solved. After typing emails & calls , full refund isnt initiated as products may get missed in transit. I just want refund back of order id :NYK-106187245-5482828. My full amount was 1075/- but only 50 rs refund is given to me.
