Dear Sir,
I booked a Irctc railway ticket at 14th January 2021 by ZAAKPAY PAYMENT GETAWAY (my booking transaction ID is 100002526552296), then I Cancelled it 15 JANUARY 2021(my Cancellation/Refund ID is 100000466788884).my Cancellation Refarence ID is zp5b8d618eea95e.
TODAY PASSED 14th days, but I can’t refund in my account.
Please check it and refund.
