Text of Complaint by Pratibha Sharma:

This is with reference to Order ID: FN3180408974 of Aarke Ritu Kumar, V-neck Straight Kurta with Dupatta & Pants. The delivered order had missing items (kurta and dupatta missing) when it was delivered on 13th May 2023. After multiple returns placed, the order was finally picked up on 19th May 2023 and I was assured a refund within 7 days.

After repeatedly enquiring about my refund status, I got to know that the product is a “Non-Ajio” product and did not pass quality check at the warehouse and hence my return is cancelled and will not be refunded. I also requested for replacement but the deadline for replacement has passed.

It is my appeal to you that I have suffered mental harassment because of errors that I am not responsible for. The order given to me was with missing products and hence the return was placed. If the item is non-Ajio, it is again not my fault as I have followed all Terms & Conditions of the Return/Refund Policy and rightly deserve a refund.

Kindly issue instructions on the aforementioned lines and facilitate payment of my refund amount or atleast replace the item so that i can atleast get a complete suit set and not just a pyjama for such a huge cost.
