Refund initiated from amazon but not showing in Paytm bank account

Text of Complaint by Pooja jha:

I ordered a Monte Carlo lower from amazon but due to size issues I had to return it . I made payment Of Rs. 771 through cash on delivery .. But after returning I opted Paytm bank account as refund receiver .
It was suppose to get added to my account in 5-7 working days. But it has been a month there is no addition of such amount in my account. I contacted amazon they say they have initiated the payment and gave me the reference number I need to share it with my bank’s customer service. I did the same. But the bank has been continuously denying for any such transactions. I don’t know where is my money stucked .
