Text of Complaint by Shadab ali:

On 22 December2022 a refund initiated from Ajio to my mobikwik wallet…but mobikwik does not allow me to withdraw my money or does not allow me use my money….even they hide my refund amount….i had call to mobikwik customer care 6 or 7 times they replied same as always don’t worry my problem will be solved in 48 hours but i am waiting from 22 days.even senior customer care executive disconnect my call.
