i booked a ticket in irctc in premium tatkaal mode but by mistake i did’nt clearly even saw the train timing and i booked ,because there was no time.
and then afterwards i realised it was a mistake so i cancelled it but it did’nt gave me refund. i am from a lower middle class family and a student too. for me 4000 rupees is a huge amount so i appeal if railway could refund it to me !
