Order number – 408-7339466-9000369
Kindly note that the item was picked up on 24th April and I received notification stating refund has been initiated on 11 th April , yet I haven’t received the refund so far.
Recently I have received 2 contradictory mails from noreply@amazon.in. While one states my refund will refunded in 2 days other states refund won’t be initiated due to investigation.
Note that I was absolutely disgusted by the actions of the seller as he seems to have to indulged in unfair malpractices. Evidences supporting are-
1) No product ( video captured but due to high size not uploaded)
2) Replacement received but item is just half the size it has been advertised.
3) Mrp for the same product is lower than what I was charged.(attached)
Mrp of product is just 8000 compared to 11269 charged.This a serious offence.
4) Claims product is in new condition yet received product is packaged without branding of any kind.
Kindly take this issue seriously and process my refund.
